I hold the name Flora very dear to my heart. It’s embodiment of Spring..of Flowers…of all that is blossoming within us and as a story of ours to follow. Follow your heart…don’t let anything that came before you define how you will bloom.
I ask of Titan, who painted this woman in many of his work (see my “moment with titan” to find her again), can you consider the valour of woman. Can you consider the bravery of us and if not, I will paint her for you. The way you always should have. Unclaimed, independent, and utterly of herself.
I chose to gift this as a wedding present to my partner’s niece. I enjoyed re-imagining her in new colours, a new universe, and painted by my womanly hand. Blessings to you all and good health!
